How do my customers pay?
OrderFlow tracks deposits, payment deadlines, and running balances as payments come in. There's no online card payment built in: your customers pay you directly, however you already collect, and you record it.
Does this only work for woodworking shops?
No. When we set up your instance we switch off what you don't sell (fabric, wood species, cutouts, irregular shapes, royalty tracking, freight billing), so a sign shop or metal shop only sees the fields it uses.
Do I need to buy both modules?
No. License Orders, Estimating, or both. See pricing above.
What does Task Manager cost?
$60 a month on top of your OrderFlow plan. Add it when you sign up and its setup is included. Add it later and there is a $500 one-time setup.
Is it for contractors?
Yes, if you bid and install your own work. Estimating prices labor, crew and travel, writes the contract your client signs online, and handles signed change orders. It doesn't do retainage, AIA pay applications or subcontractor management, so it isn't built for a GC running a job through subs.
Does it connect to QuickBooks?
Not today. There's no QuickBooks or Xero sync. OrderFlow writes your quotes, invoices and payment records, and you enter the totals in your books. If a sync matters to you, tell us: that's a custom-development conversation.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. It's month to month. Setup and onboarding fees are paid once and are not refundable.
How long does setup take?
Plan on about two and a half working days once we have your catalog, pricing and branding. Unusual pricing rules or a big import can take longer, and we'll tell you up front if yours will.
Can I get my data out if I leave?
Yes. When you end service, we provide your customer data to you.
